  1. What is Placetopay?

Placetopay is the electronic payment platform used by WANDERBUS ECUADOR to process online transactions generated in the virtual store with the payment methods enabled for this purpose

  1. How can I pay?

In the virtual store of WANDERBUS ECUADOR you will be able to make your payment with the means enabled for such purpose. You, according to the payment options chosen by the merchant, you can pay through Ax / Mc / visa / Diners; of all banks with current payment and deferred, only cards issued by Banco Pichincha, Diners, Loja, BGR and Manabi.

  1. Is it safe to enter my bank details on this website?

To protect your data WANDERBUS ECUADOR delegate to Placetopay the capture of sensitive information. Our payment platform complies with the highest standards required by the international PCI DSS security standard for credit card transactions.   1. Can I change the payment method?

If you have not yet completed your payment, you can return to the initial step and choose the payment method you prefer. Once the purchase is complete, it is not possible to change the payment method.

  1. Is paying electronically of any value to me as a buyer?

No, electronic payments made through Placetopay do not generate additional costs for the buyer.

  1. What should I do if my transaction did not close?

In the first instance you should check if you have received a payment confirmation email in your email account (the one you registered at the time of payment), if you have not received it, you should contact info@wanderbusecuador.com to confirm the status of the transaction.

In case your transaction has declined, you must verify if the account information is valid, is enabled for non-face-to-face purchases, and if you have available credit or balance. If after this you continue with the declination you must contact WANDERBUS ECUADOR. Ultimately, you can send your request to servicioposventa@placetopay.ec.

  1. What should I do if I didn’t receive proof of payment?

For each transaction approved through Placetopay, you will receive a payment receipt with the purchase reference at the email address you provided at the time of payment.  If you don’t receive it, you can contact the merchant by phone +593 95 891 1370 or email info@wanderbusecuador.com, to request that the receipt be forwarded to the same email address registered at the time of payment. Ultimately, you can send your request to servicioposventa@placetopay.ec.

  1. I didn’t receive the product I bought, what do I do?

You should check if the transaction was successful on your bank statement. If so, you should check our shipping policies on the website www.wanderbusecuador.com to identify delivery times.
